Grow-ops suddenly declared safe, if you have permit.
The argument consistantly given by both the BC and federal government of Canada, against marijuana grow ops, has been their inherent danger, not the herb itself.Now the federal courts have clearly found no such danger, as long as you have your permission slip from the government.Funny how that works, isn't it?
